Anti-Doping-Gesetz & Regelwerke
Internationale und nationale Regelwerke sind die Basis zur Umsetzung der Anti-Doping-Arbeit. Dies gilt sowohl für den Deutschen Leichtathletik-Verband (DLV) und seine Landesverbände als auch für die Athletinnen, Athleten sowie Trainerinnen, Trainer und Betreuende aller Art. Hierzu gehören die Regularien des Internationalen Leichtathletik-Verbandes World Athletics und der Welt Anti-Doping-Agentur WADA und in dessen Umsetzung für Deutschland der NADA-Code 2021 (NADC21) sowie die Regelwerke des DLV. Zwingend zu berücksichtigen ist auch das in Deutschland geltende Anti-Doping-Gesetz (AntiDopG).
